During the study by the Anti-Corruption Agency of public procurement by the Technical School of Forestry of Tashkent District on June 20, 2023, violations of articles 10, 14 and 46 of the Law ‘On Public Procurement’ and other offences revealed.

In particular, the documents of two entrepreneurs who participated in the procurement were uploaded to the electronic platform through the IP address of the computer used by the Procurement Commission.

In this regard, on June 21, the Anti-Corruption Agency sent the customer a statutory notice to cancel the Protocol of the Procurement Commission, and the collected materials submitted to the Department on Combating Economic Crimes under the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Also, an enquiry was sent to the Forestry Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan for an internal audit.

Based on the statutory notice of the Agency, on July 3, the Protocol of the Procurement Commission was annulled by the Technical School of Forestry of Tashkent District.
